At RE/MAX Towne Square, we pride ourselves in Customer Service.  As a valued tenant, or potential tenant, we want to make sure your needs are being met.  We have two great office locations to make meetings or dropping off rent more convenient.   To help communication, we have posted some helpful forms below. 

If you are interested in one of our available homes for rent, our Tenant Application is posted here for easy access.  Please be sure contact our friendly staff prior to completing the application to ensure the home’s availability.  If it has already been rented, we will be happy to find you something else. 

Before submitting an application, read over this “Rental Process & Qualification” document. 

If ever a repair is required, just promptly fill out the “Maintenance Request” form and submit it to the office. You do not need to fix it yourself or go through the hassle of finding somone to hite.  We have a mass network to approved resourses available.
